Law 1581 of 2012 regulates the protection of personal data in order to guarantee and protect the constitutional right that all persons have to know, update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in databases or files, and the other rights, liberties and constitutional guarantees contemplated in articles 15 and 20 of the Colombian Political Constitution.

Therefore, the Coffee Park, in accordance with the provisions of the Statutory Law for the Protection of Personal Data and Decree 1377 of 2.013, informs that prior to June 27, 2013, it has collected and processed personal data from of different holders such as: customers, suppliers and collaborators, in order to develop their commercial activity.

For this reason and with the interest of ensuring the respect and protection of personal data, the Coffee Park, asks its holders to give their authorization to continue with the treatment of them. If within thirty (30) business days following this publication, the owners of the information have not contacted the Coffee Park, in order to request the deletion of their data, this entity may continue to process it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at any time the owners will have the right to know, update, rectify their data, revoke the authorization to process the data and request its deletion.

The Department of Environmental Management is regulated by decree 1299 of April 22, 2008 and is defined as "the specialized area, within the organizational structure of companies at the industrial level responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of Article 4 of the present decree ", whose purpose is" to establish and implement actions aimed at directing the environmental management of companies, ensure compliance with environmental regulations, promote clean production practices and the rational use of natural resources ", among others. In accordance with the above, the functions of the DGA are as follows: Ensure compliance with current environmental regulations. Establish and implement actions of prevention, mitigation, correction and compensation of the environmental impacts that they generate. Carry out control and monitoring of environmental impact studies for new projects and the audit of the environmental management plans established for these projects. Control, promote and monitor actions aimed at improving environmental management and environmental risk of the company. Implement best environmental practices within the company. Lead training activities in environmental matters. Keep updated the company's environmental information. Recovery and adaptation of spaces for special waste.

Veterinary care for feline and canine population without home for subsequent delivery for adoption (vaccination, deworming, sterilization and treatments) through an agreement with the Corteza Terrestre Foundation.
Guadual reforestation has been carried out in an approximate area of ​​2 , 5 Ha.
