Below, you will find the duties you must fulfill as a visitor:
The following policies are adopted by our entity in compliance with various laws that govern us in terms of safety and service. In accordance with the current regulations for the operation of parks (Law 1225 of 2008 and resolutions 0958 of 2010, 543 of 2017, and 880 of 2017 from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism) and with the safety policies of Parque del Café, it will be the duty of visitors to adhere to the following rules:
- The entry and consumption of alcoholic beverages and psychotropic substances is not allowed. It is also forbidden for people who are intoxicated or under the influence of such substances to enter the park.
- Refrain from entering the park with food and beverages.
- It is not allowed to enter restricted areas such as operating areas, machine rooms, maintenance areas and other areas marked as such.
- It is not allowed to enter and use drones over the park facilities without prior authorization.
- Offensive or disruptive behavior against any person or park facilities is not allowed.
- The entry, use or carrying of weapons is prohibited.
- It is not allowed to guard booths, skip the rows, or jump the security fences.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the care and attention of children under 14 years of age at all times.
- Visitors must be fully dressed at all times in the park facilities. This includes wearing shirts and shoes.
- Abide by the safety restrictions and instructions for the safe use of each attraction and use safety equipment appropriately.
People with special health conditions, pregnant women, physical, cognitive and sensory conditions:
- They must receive advice from first aid personnel for the safe use of the attractions.
- They must refrain from using attractions that represent a risk to their personal integrity or that of their dependents.
Important
Visitors who fail to comply with the aforementioned duties and responsibilities or jeopardize the operation's safety may be removed from the attraction or the Park, and depending on the severity of the incident, may be handed over to the competent authority. Likewise, they will be held responsible for any damages caused.
