Tickets are valid only for the date of visit selected in your purchase.
Tickets are for single use, for one day only. Tickets are not transferable.
At the entrance, the identity document of the person who made the purchase will be requested.
The ticket will not be valid if it is altered.
The Park is not responsible for lost Tickets.
The service will be provided during the hours established by the park.
The attractions may be out of service for maintenance.
For more information, please refer to the information of each attraction.
At any time of the day, rides may be out of service due to weather conditions that do not guarantee safe operation.
If you purchase “Pasaporte Juniors” when entering the park, your height will be validated. If you purchase “Pasaporte Seniors” when entering the park, your age will be validated with your ID.
Tickets do not include horseback riding.
Tickets for horseback rides are sold directly at the entrance to the attraction.
All attractions have height restrictions. For more information, please refer to the information of each attraction.
All rides have health restrictions, such as pregnant women; people with heart problems, blood pressure or pacemakers; people with neck, spine or bone problems; people with recent surgeries, casts, under medical care or any other condition that could be aggravated by the use of the ride. All rides require the skills and abilities necessary for safe use. If you or any member of your family has any limitation in motor, sensory or cognitive ability, please refer to the information at https://parquedelcafe.co/content/informacion-para-personas-con-algun-tipode-discapacidad.
The ticket purchased is valid only for the date of visit selected at the time of purchase.
Conditions for date modification:
- The date modification is valid if requested by 9:00 a. m. on the same day of the initial visit date.
2 You may change the date of the visit only once, as long as there is space available for the new date requested.
3 The date modification request must be made from the e-mail that originated the initial purchase, through the website at the link https://parquedelcafe.co/modificar-reserva/.
(Valid for purchases on or after April 12th, 2023).
The ticket purchased is valid only for the visit date selected at the time of purchase and shown on the ticket.
- If you purchase your Tickets in advance, you will be able to make the cancellation request free of charge up to 2 days before the day of the visit or if it is made after this period, with a charge of 50%, for administrative costs.
- The cancellation request must be made from the email that originated the initial purchase, through the website at the link https://parquedelcafe.co/reembolsos/.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days after receiving the request with complete information.
With Law 1581 of 2.012 regulates the protection of personal data in order to guarantee and protect the constitutional right that all People have to know, update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in databases or files, and the other rights, freedoms and constitutional guarantees provided for in Articles 15 and 20 of the Colombian Political Constitution.
For the above, Parque del Café, in accordance with the provisions of the Statutory Law on Protection of Personal Data and Decree 1377 of 2013, reports that prior to June 27, 2013, has collected and has given treatment to personal data from different holders such as customers, suppliers and partners, in order to develop its business.
For this reason and in the interest of ensuring the respect and protection of personal data, Parque del Café, requests its owners to give their authorization to continue with the treatment of the same. If in the term of thirty (30) working days following this publication, the owners of the information have not contacted the Parque del Café, in order to request the suppression of their data, this entity may continue with its treatment. Notwithstanding the above, at any time the owners will have the right to know, update, rectify their data, revoke the authorization of data processing and request its deletion.
In compliance with the duty foreseen in the Law, the Parque del Café has adopted the necessary measures to guarantee the security of the data and to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access and for the same reason, it has a policy for the treatment of personal data.
