Luggage storage
For your convenience, we have arranged several areas with luggage storage. One of them is located at the main entrance and is adapted for large luggage. The others are located in 4 other areas identified with this service throughout the park.
Blue zones and wheelchairs
To provide optimal service, we have set up an exclusive parking lot with blue zones located near the ticket office area and entrance to the park; we also offer wheelchair loans which you can request at the first aid module.
First Aid
We offer our visitors basic first aid service with the accompaniment of a nursing team, 5 points equipped for this service distributed throughout the park and 3 ambulances.
ATM
We have 2 Bancolombia ATMs located at the park entrance and at the train station inside the park. Also, in order to comply with biosecurity standards, you can pay with debit or credit card and QR code at our ticket booths, souvenir stores and most restaurants.
