-Pasaporte Multiple:

This ticket applies only for people with height from 125 cm and under 70 years old, includes our cultural attractions and mechanical rides, which are unlimited. It does not include horseback riding.

-Pasaporte Junior:

This ticket applies only for people with height between 90 cm and 124 cm, includes all our cultural attractions and mechanical rides that apply for this height range, wich are unlimited.

-Pasaporte Senior:

This ticket applies only for people 70 years and older, includes all our cultural attractions and mechanical rides which are unlimited; we clarify that our mechanical rides have restrictions for health conditions, which must be complied with if you present any. Horseback riding is not included.

Our hours of operation vary according to each season: Low season: Wednesday to Sunday and holidays from 09:00 a. m. to 06:00 p. m. High season: every day from 09:00 a. m. to 06:00 p. m. These seasons coincide with school vacations. Consult our Park’s operation calendar:

In addition to being able to buy your Tickets on our website in a totally digital way, you will also find different contactless payment alternatives in our souvenir stores, restaurants, and selected stores.

You can make a cancellation request free of charge up to 2 days before the date of your visit; please, note that if you make this request after this deadline, you must assume a 50% charge for administrative costs.

The date modification is valid if requested before 9:00 a. m. of the initially scheduled visit date. You may change the date only once, as long as space is available for the new date requested.

If your height is less than 90cm. enter and enjoy our park for free.

If you have a disability, you can enter our Park for free, but you must go to the Accessible Attention Point to evaluate the degree of disability and receive advice for the rides you can access. Likewise, we invite you to consult our safety guide:


This service can be found just after passing through the turnstiles and/or cash registers. Each stroller is cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.

You can find this service after passing through the turnstiles and/or cash registers, in the first aid module (limited capacity, no reservation applies). Each chair is cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.


In our park we have five (5) first aid stations, three (3) ambulances and a team of trained personnel to attend to this area.

If you visit us on your birthday, presenting your ID at the visitor’s attention module, we will give you a free Pasaporte Multiple, to celebrate your day with lots of enjoyment with a coffee taste.


Keep in mind that there are some controls for the entry of your pet; therefore, you must present yourself at the visitor’s attention module to receive the respective indications about the conditions and restrictions. Some of them are up-to-date vaccination records, wearing a collar and leash, minors may not bring pets, pets are not allowed to enter any ride and/or rows, and the entry of potentially dangerous breeds of dogs is restricted (according to the police code).

We offer a wide gastronomic offer, all restaurants have affordable rates, therefore, the entrance of food is not necessary or allowed. Additionally, the ordering service in some establishments can be done through QR code.

For your convenience, we have arranged several areas with luggage storage. One of them is located at the main entrance and is adapted for large luggage. The others are located in 4 other areas identified with this service throughout the park.

Placetopay is the electronic payment platform used by Parque del Café to process online transactions generated in the virtual store with the payment methods enabled for this purpose.

In the virtual store of Parque del Café, you can make your payment with the means of payment enabled for such purpose. According to the payment options chosen by the store, you will be able to pay through Visa, American Express, Diners and MasterCard credit cards and PSE debit, savings and current accounts.


To protect your data, Parque del Café delegates to Placetopay the capture of sensitive information. Once the purchase is completed, it is not possible to change the payment method.
No, electronic payments made through Placetopay do not generate additional costs for the buyer.

In the first instance, check if you received an email confirmation of the transaction to the email account registered at the time of payment, if you have not received it, you should contact our support team through this link or by calling (+57) (6) 7 417 417 to confirm the status of the transaction.

For each transaction approved through Placetopay, you will receive a payment receipt with the purchase reference in the email address you provided at the time of payment.
