The following policies are adopted by our entity in compliance with different laws that govern us, in terms of security and service.

PRIVACY NOTICE
Law 1581 of 2012 regulates the protection of personal data in order to guarantee and protect the constitutional right of all People to know, update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in databases or files, and other rights, freedoms and constitutional guarantees provided in Articles 15 and 20 of the Colombian Constitution.
For the above, Parque del Café, in accordance with the provisions of the Statutory Law on Protection of Personal Data and Decree 1377 of 2013, reports that prior to June 27, 2013, has collected and has given treatment to personal data from different holders such as customers, suppliers and partners, in order to develop its business.
For this reason and in the interest of ensuring the respect and protection of personal data, Parque del Café, requests its owners to give their authorization to continue with the treatment of the same. If in the term of thirty (30) working days following this publication, the holders of the information have not contacted the Parque del Café, in order to request the deletion of their data, this entity may continue to process them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at any time the owners have the right to know, update, rectify their data, to revoke the authorization to process the data and request its deletion.
In compliance with the duty foreseen in the Law, the Parque del Café has adopted the necessary measures to guarantee the security of the data and to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access and for the same reason, it has a policy for the treatment of personal data.
