Modification or cancellation policy

(Valid for purchases on or after April 12^th, 2023)

The ticket purchased is valid only for the visit date selected at the time of purchase and shown on the ticket.

Cancellation conditions: 

1. If you purchase your Tickets in advance, you may make the cancellation request free of charge up to 2 days before the day of the visit or if made after this period, with a charge of 50%, for administrative costs.
2. The cancellation request must be made from the email that originated the initial purchase, through the website at the link https://soporte.parquedelcafe.co/reembolsos/.
3. Refunds will be made within 30 days after receiving the request with complete information.

Conditions for date modification:

1. The date modification is valid if requested until 9:00 a. m. on the same day of the initial visit date.
2. You may change the date of the visit only once, as long as there is space available for the new date requested.
